Hey there, Reader!

Here in Ohio it has been a miserable 100 degrees almost everyday! But, even though the temps are high I have fall decor on my mind.

Every year we add more and more to our Halloween decor collection. We don't have much but I love how fun it is to decorate for the spooky season.

Just recently I did a super cute Halloween DIY for the front of our house. I was browsing over on Pinterest and saw some cute wooden ghost and thought why don't I recreate those?!

These little wooden ghost stakes take less than an hour to make, and can be created from scrap wood just laying around in your garage. Also the fun part is I have created a free printable of my hand drawn ghost for you to print out! Once printed out they are already the size that they need to be, just trace them onto a piece of wood and you're ready to create!

Life Lately

We just got a special delivery and it's a big one! A new garden shed! If you follow on Instagram a few months ago I talked about my hopes and dreams for a shed with a deck off of it. I wanted to get a shed, build a deck, create a inviting space and hopefully next year move my flower garden to that side of the yard.

I am happy to say the shed was finally delivered and as it will be a process we are one step closer to my vision!

Exciting Announcement

I am so happy to announce that my husband and I have started a new adventure! Earlier this year we launched our new website www.theglutenfreecookhouse.com. If you didn't know my youngest daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease last year and we love to cook at our house.

With the new diet that we had to implement we wanted to share some of our new recipes we have whipped up! If you're not gluten free don't worry all of our recipes can be swapped out for items with gluten in them!

At The Gluten-Free Cookhouse, we believe that a gluten-free diet should never compromise on taste and enjoyment. So even if you make the recipe with gluten free ingredients I promise you it won't even notice.
